By using FoodTruck CLT you agree to these terms. FoodTruck CLT is a directory and connection platform. We facilitate introductions between event hosts and food truck vendors but are not a party to any agreements made between them. We do not guarantee availability, quality, or completion of any bookings. Vendors are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, and compliance with local regulations. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates community standards.

FoodTruck CLT does not independently verify the identity, legitimacy, licensing, permits, insurance, financial ability, or representations of event hosts or vendors. A listing, profile, booking request, or introduction through FoodTruck CLT is not an endorsement, certification, or guarantee.

FoodTruck CLT is not responsible for any disputes, damages, losses, fraud, payment issues, or other problems that arise between users.

All communication, agreements, and payments are handled directly between customers and vendors. FoodTruck CLT does not process payments and is not responsible for any financial transactions.

Hosts are responsible for verifying a vendor's identity, licensing, permits, insurance, pricing, and contract terms before booking or sending payment. Vendors are responsible for verifying the organizer, venue, event details, and payment terms before committing or exchanging money.

Users should be cautious of unusual payment requests, overpayments, requests to send or return money, or other signs of fraud, and should independently verify the other party before entering into any agreement or financial transaction.
