We collect contact information you provide when submitting a booking request or vendor application, such as your name, email address, and phone number. We also collect usage information such as pages visited, interactions with the site, and technical information needed to operate and secure the platform.
How We Use Your Information
We use this information to connect event hosts with food truck vendors, process vendor applications and booking requests, operate vendor accounts and dashboards, improve the platform, prevent abuse, and send transactional or service-related emails.
Email Delivery and Engagement Tracking
FoodTruckCLT records email delivery events such as sent, delivered, bounced, failed, and complaint status so we can confirm that important booking and account communications are reaching the correct recipients. When email engagement tracking is enabled, we may also record link clicks and approximate email opens. Open data can be affected by email-client privacy features and should not be treated as an exact measure of whether a person read a message. Tracking links may use a branded FoodTruckCLT subdomain.
We Do Not
Sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use personal information submitted through booking or vendor forms to sell targeted advertising.
Third-Party Services
This site uses Supabase for data storage and authentication, Resend for email delivery and email-event tracking, and Vercel for hosting and site analytics. Each provider processes information under its own privacy terms and security practices.
